sasha was animated this morning. we were leaving and he wanted to swim. we often miss him in naptime or when he's tired and we are passing. he's shy and i'm shy and we both adore copper. he speaks russian, shy of english. i picked him up today and he's solid and squirmy. i hope tomorrow we will meet at pebble beach and we will swim together.
