i wonder why this little book the place of shells is taking so long. it's about place, and being displaced. it takes place in japan after the american war and later after the earthquake and the tsunami and fukushima. it's about layers of time and displacement and the sea sweeping away people and buildings and about returning ghosts to places where survivors are displaced in time and that made me think of trudy. it's taking this long is all. as trudy says you just gotta go with the flow, why is this happening?
