announcing a new tower spawned by obama's tower. the low income buildings directly across the street will be spared as a tower there would compete with obama's tower and mess with the scale. i read that every tower causes building in a 2 mile radius. and gentrification beyond. neighborhoods fall fast for progress, development and improvement for rich investors. they will clear the unwanted nature for sight lines. they will expand the driving range. they will restore the darrow bridge that is falling down. they will make a concert venue. they will make a pro golf course for the rich. the people who remain will pray to stay in small g grace, in the interstices of the masters' plan. recall obama's slogan, gentrification won't happen until his grandkids' time, who by  then will be the gentrifiers. everything we imagined and feared could happen is happening now.
