yesterday when lulu went bonkers on some girls on the quad i decided we should make with the leash and the less trodden path. subsequently i learned she had two pee accidents from drinking melt water. today she glommed an errant tennis ball by the laboratory school and held it the whole walk even when i hefted her into henry moore's nuclear apocalypse sculpture so i know unequivocally if she has a pee accident today it's not on me. but a dog in the building ate a tennis ball and had to have it removed. oy.
