bulled back better—a pr stunt. sheet, they can't even do that right. but they can easily find in the taxpayers pocket 10 billion extra, above the requested 780 billion to expand the war empire, which after all must expand it's 800+ base bootprint or face its inevitable defeat before the apocollapse.
