the longer we publicly deny the bleak reality before us and privately cope with our existential dread and pain, the more crippling despair becomes. this schizophrenic existence is a form of emotional abuse. it is imposed on us by a dominant culture that will not allow us to speak this tragic truth. this censorship forces us to struggle with reality in solitude, eroding our confidence in our perceptions and judgments.
did i already post this by chris hedges? yeah, i see that i did. well, i bet it still applies, one day further into the breach.
well i was thinking about censorship a minute ago contemplating how good neighbors create new splinter groups each time dissenting voices rise, it's separate but unequal divide and dissipate give the protesters their offsite barricade censorship.
anywho it's a dramatic sky, and comet hides under the bed. i just want to curl up and hibernate but i have to wade out among the angry s.u.v.'s. pray for me. pray for the occupied and preoccupied souls of planet earth.
