i did lulu solo today. i didn't do so good. it began well, as things often do. but then there was so much gratuitous noise and humans popping up randomly everywhere all at once.  hundreds of kids ran around the perimeter of midway endlessly. there was poop galore in the tall grass. a car alarm blared and would not stop and lulu was spooked. damnit i don't blame her. how the hell does anybody get calm in this chaos? it's a wonder the whole grid isn't popping with screaming me-me's. it's an urban bush of ghosts. and you can't train a dog in a vacuum. the world's the world, and it's getting worse.

 oh, hell, considering how crazy the world is, especially for a new kid, i guess she did okay.
