you see this darkness may not be so dark. there's a line in a song about this darkness must amount to light. like this camera sees dark but it's like a veil, in the shadow when i put light there is detail and the picture is revealed, like an eye looking back at you reminding you of yourself. i used to look darkly, not just at dark things, and i liked darkness, and i did have nightmares but it wasn't darkness i was afraid of. ah it was people, not their darkness, but their false light. but i know good ones are out there in the creeping malaise. i've seen em. did i always look for light in the darkness? i think i must have to survive.
