i finally after pondering several times told a dog person about the spraying of the model yacht pond and asked him to spread the word. perhaps the spray is all natural, and utterly benign to dogs and kids. but i wouldn't count on that. we have oversight only of ourselves. there is no e.p.a., and the old one considered round-up and glyphosates harmless anyway. the epa is monsanto. the way to tell a corporation is not a person is a person would be liable.
