so they go right ahead and build the new track and field as though no law nor environmental impact study, nor rights of community, nor open space, let alone animals and trees, nothing will stop obombaland. law is for those without the money. they don't belong in obombaland. money is law in obombaland. no law can stop the money makers, for the money makers make the law.

this is despairing, because we've seen it happen before, we know how empire works, we just hope sometimes it'll work for us as well, that they'll at least leave a little space for us to regenerate. but the world is becoming a theme park for the rich with surveillance while the pauperized recede to some unwanted borderland to await the collapse, another theme.
