i'm getting closer to butterflies this summer. i think i found the circle of quiet inside. 
with butterflies. to have butterflies in your stomach is a different thing. this is more like butterflies breathing softly, with idly extending wings, in my solar plexus. it's circular breathing fanned by butterfly wings.
