most of the people i meet never heard of good neighbors. when they think of good neighbors they think you mean good fences, they hear the echo of that old frost poem. yeah good neighbors make good fences, and good fences make neighbors good. and if they're not good enough they make them higher, with sharp little fleur de lis spikes on top, and maybe a good jolt of electricity. good neighbors are dedicated to the neighborhood. they'll show thm how to be good. be the good neighbors how they may, the best people i meet are the dog people, out walking and spreading the goodness, and the best of these are the ones who love their dogs enough to unleash them, to walk in the neighborhood like they are free, and it is a wholly good thing, good neighbors should recognize good people, and good dogs, a good dog being good and free is a loving thing good neighbors should be heartened to see.
