This golden is a lesson on how not to introduce your dog to water. He was thrown in when a few months old and is terror stricken a year later. The only thing to do with trauma is to return to safety there and release the fear. I think the water will heal his water trauma, but a lot of water has gone by, and more time.

i have to add that these guys really love their golden, it was just the delinquent elder kid who done it (and who was conspicuous in his absence.) sorry, ya'll. i just say it in the interest of dog welfare.
