I finished One Boat somewhat annoyed it took me two days and it's only 100 pages. For a thin book there's a lot of repetition, in the mind of the character who in real life told the people on a sinking boat no one would save them. The book is about the dilemma of who to save and who to let drown, and no matter what, humans will not be saved. The character says no one saved her, running back and forth, stopping and yelling at the waves on the shore.
