It was a small genocide, hardly even that, it was a wilderness, there was no one there, hardly. It could be as they say an ancient conflict, a sacrifice. The idea was to make a wasteland a paradise. Why d'you have to talk about it like a genocide? Things are always happening, everywhere, all at once, all the time, beyond your understanding, conflicts, casualties, everybody's going to die, why d'you have to talk about it like a genocide?
