it's funny how there are these defining moments, when suddenly someone or —thing, is stunningly illuminated. there was a before that was always unsettling and uncomfortable, and then, after. it takes these moments to clarify what before was confounding and obscure. it was like that with the fascist trumps and now the genocide joes. i'm grateful for the short sharp shock of clarity, but sad of course. another day in the empire of destruction.
