people can be so oblivious when they walk the dog, part the second. this guy was talking on his telephonic device the whole time, zero eye contact, no possibility of engagement outside of his brain. the dog saw us and at one point stopped, sat down, and looked back, waiting in vain for the human to engage with the outside world.
