i sent one of this series to mary, she said nothing, so i know she thinks he looks sad in it. i think he is sad, and frustrated. i wrote to her about his wildness and my fear that he may be like bear, and i just couldn't handle that again. he goes full tilt at squirrels, but thursday he was leaping at kids. it touches something deep in me, and it breaks me down.
