it's hotter than the day before yesterday and that was 110 degrees. the kitchen is broiling. i couldn't even make a salad, i couldn't even feed the cats. we got sushi, ran to the one cool room. i couldn't even wash the dishes. the new air conditioner sounds like a dynamo, it drowns out the movie. it's going to get hotter the more we slash the trees and burn the earth. i ate a couple nibbles of a tiny mushroom and it was a reset for a minute, but the heat blasted that.
