wonder what obama's doing for olmsted's 200th b'day? was fred's uninvited ghost at obama's 60th on martha's vineyard, shivering the jewelry? the n.y.t. tribute erased jackson park. as we celebrate olmsted's birth we should also mourn the death of one of his beautiful parks.
