there's a show in russia now, the coming world, about art and ecology, and the end of oil, said to be coming soon, 2030. i had fourteen pictures of this coming storm loaded but it was too much like beautiful but too much. you get too in love with things and can't see them the way it feels, immersed. can't tell, can't imagine what's coming but we can watch the storm from our window if we have the window and what's coming that can't be imagined needs, wants to be observed, and whatever beauty may be gleaned.
last night i saw a documentary on brazil and the history is stunning, how democracy rises and gets crushed and goes back to the human darkness and fear and oppression, and some people cry and some people cheer. then i saw generation wealth, about the history of american wealth and how sick it has gotten, at the end, when money is revealed to be a perfect storm of wasted opportunity for healthy living. the means and the end. it's a mean end. but after the collapse... when the oil runs out and the economy of deprivation finally fails... then we'll see what the storm is bringing.
