they nabbed the perpetrator who attacked mister kumar. nothing in the news, and i wonder, it seems they report the attacks, occasionally, but do they note the resolution? is resolution weak news? maybe it will be revealed today. 
i fear all the hoopla down here, the pro golf courses and the presidential entertainment centers swank hotels etc. will not reduce crime in the hood but only serve to increase the pressure, and the hapless targets.
