in the current story the storyteller is old and has a certain verisimilitude even if it is only a story. the storyteller relates how in the time of the sixth extinction the dinosaurs are now men, though unlike the men, the dinosaurs didn't choose to be that way. it's just for story, for these dinosaurs are made of different stuff, of lies and money, they are stuffed with the stuff of which false dreams are made. they fear what they do not know, and they do not know how to live in the world which they have made collapse. the dinosaurs are nervous now, and we are nervous that in the fall they may fall on us.
