barney and i met our friends having a fire in the enclosure where the rabbits live and the kestrel and coyote. i told him about the hans christian andersen study, and he told me about levi-strauss and structuralism. and we speculated on where fairy tales go after andersen. i said we need new fairy tales for the extinction.
