It's one thing to ask What is real? What is life? to an adult one assumes may be intelligent when one is but a kid, even rhetorically, even knowing more than one thinks one knows by instinct, and another thing to ask all of one's life, even if silently, even talking to bugs and various animals as a so called adult oneself.
