I wrote a note to Joy at the library enquiring about the delivery stasis. Joy said I know it's frustrating but we have seen significant improvement in our delivery process and hold times. I don't believe the entire system was down to two drivers, and I do believe Joy is gaslighting, and there's something deeper going on. I fear for the fate of the public library, and all of us denizen readers who depend on it for our mental and spiritual health.
