I finished Palaces of the Crow by Ray Naylor. Thanks to Chris Hedges for the recommendation and great interview. Now I want to read more about the crows. I'll order Gifts of the Crow. I remember when I met R. on a bird walk (I was on a dog walk) and told her about seeing a dead crow by a tree trunk, and the crows that talked to me as I photographed, about their fellow crow who died. I want to know the crows in the neighborhood. I feel a deep affinity with the crows.
