It's hard to talk about what's happening, and to think of what's about to happen. We talked vaguely about the collapse for years, and said maybe not in our lifetime. Now when it seems imminent it feels unspeakable. I watch the immense progress of the Obamachron, people coming as though a beacon of light has summoned them to a great temple in the people's privatized park, and a sinkhole opens in my chest.
