soon there will be 50,000 posts. it seems like i thought that some time ago. reading jon jost's post this morning i think the posts will go on until he dies, and then i wish we could post from the afterlife, but then i think the afterlife is contained in this life and only the container dies. someone died yesterday who never liked to say goodbye.
