r. says i should stop watching the news and meditate on peace. r. says i already know what's going on. i don't know, i think each person has their own way, and i do meditate on peace, but i also feel the need to bear witness. i know what goes on, but it changes and expands every day, genocide and consciousness alike. i want to hug close to every sentient being and somehow together live through this terrifying time of the human burning ground.
