i started the meditation eyes closed, wanting to see. susan said eyes open, and i was relieved. i thought of the few times i've prayed in a church- everyone closed their eyes, and i opened mine to watch. i opened my eyes and watched lulu on the screen. i thought of the distance of a baby first focusing.
