thinking a lot, too much, about hate. i can meditate peace but i can't imagine peace in the world so my meditation is interior, and peace there conditional. it's always been a hostile place america, hostile to the indigenous, hostile to freedom, to life. it has always been for profit over all life.
it's curious to me that people are stunned and shocked by trump america. it was trump america before, never an isolated phenomenon, but hate that was ever present in the way we do business, the way we control the planet by economics and war. i'm shocked that we are shocked. people have always been shocked by the truth underlying empire masquerading as civilization, realizing the hate just beneath the thin skin, suddenly supperating, suddenly a cancer that overwhelms the body politic. like some foreign invasion, or curse of satan. it's us. trump ain't the spawn of satan, he's the monster of us, the spawn of american empire. the haters have been slathering for him all along. we don't want a nice face and intellect on our monster, we want the pure monster, we want honest empire, we want absolute rule. america has always used various forms of force, coercion, propaganda, economic and outright slavery, and finally war to establish and maintain and grow empire. 
i know it's shocking, i'm shocked, i've been administered shocks for 56 years now, and i'm still shocked at how hostile we can be. 
i know there is more than this, and i seek it avidly. but i have to register the pain of this hateful paradigm we live in. and then look for sustenance, and love.
