good health, so 30% bad.  
bummer i said. then he said, guess what you have. 
50%, i said? thinking conservatively, wanting to low ball it.  30%, he said. 
fuuck me, i said, you mean i'm sicker than mister?
and i don't eat fish!
and he eats foreign objects!
can't win.
whoa, i don't feel so good.
maybe he's a mystic quack,
i sooth myself saying. 

p.s. i just emailed kumar to verify my stats, did he say i was 50% healthy and 50% sick, or 30% healthy and 70% sick. either way, i said, i was surprised to hear i'm sicker than the dog.

i do, i said, not to eat. no, you communicate with them.  
well, i swim with them. i like to look at them. mister likes to watch them too.

kumar has his own way to rock.  
which, you don't know kumar 
but it's kind of funny if you do know kumar 
because he doesn't strike you as a rocker, 
but he actually listens to rocks, 
if not rock and roll, and that's cool to me, 
because i also love rocks,
as well as rock and roll, 
though i never really rocked, 
i did rock my third eye on a fossil point
when i fell out of bed as a boy.  
what would kumar do?, 
i find myself thinking, abstractedly.
kumar would tune in, to different rocks, different drums, horses
of a different color, he would do it 
with integrity, whatever it is, and heart, 
the dude has heart, 
and he'd do it without munny, 
he'd do what he had to do.
he'd tune in, he'd get attuned, 
he'd hum a tune on pebble beach
and listen to the rocks sing freedom.   

kumar gave me some purple seaweed. i was aloof before. now i really like kumar and his purple seaweed.
