When they started they were hanging 3 panels a day. Today they're still trying to finish one. I think there's trouble with the installation. These 3 panels have been sitting there for a week. One, the one that was lifted up today, was lifted up a week ago, and brought back down. I know it's a huge task to hang 39 panels weighing 5.5 and 10 tons each to a building in the freezing cold and the wind, but I also wonder if the whole neoliberal project is cursed.
