if water is nearby that's good. though the evil tower is also by the water. the scale of things is so wrong, it's warped. but mom's laughing today. i realized if she doesn't remember what she had for lunch she doesn't remember the drama of yesterday, which she calls the day before, and she's looking forward to dinner. i saw the video of the ice killers beating and shooting a fellow on the street in minneapolis. i'm glad mom won't remember this.
