one of the diehard shills for the oligarch in the park (an environmental scientist!) now says it's hideous and forbidding. i'm surprised they admit it. many will not out of pride. many more shills for the oligarchs will be disaffected and depressed. neoliberalism has no allies. it's winner take all. the time for critical thought is before it's gone. not now. we're in the after now. it's a constructed fake place, and we who knows what's underneath will perhaps feel it most acutely, but anyone will feel the disconnection of the arrogant towering complex in the park. anyone who feels the natural connection to the earth will abhor this disdainful development of the park.
