deep listening. i'm going to think about this. there's an article in the philosopher magazine, i flitting back and forth as i'm wont to do, gleaning like crow say. i listened to pauline oliveros when i worked at the record store. she came up with deep listening music, but i know i was distracted, drinking and listening to noise. so this is about political deep listening, and listening beyond the human, as animals do. they also listen to us, and i wonder what they think. i have and idea but it's just a thought. deep listening may imply deep thinking but without talking about it like i'm doing here. they used to say i was deep as i was silent, but they didn't know my thoughts, and anyway i could have been just listening and inwardly rolling my eyes. i'll finish the article now, excuse me.
