this was the first sunset after jaspy died. i was recalling the sunset after mister died. they were both euthanized by doctor williams. mister in the pandemic. the doctor brought him outside to us. after mister died, when i kissed jaspy's head i was reminded of mister. jaspy came in from the cold just before the winter solstice. he died just just after the summer solstice. goodbye, goodbye, my honey boys.
