then lulu ran up to charlie and they got scared and i got upset and sorry and frustrated but we were on the midway and lulu's used to running free and playing with friends and she's just being lulu though i wish i had better control one can't control everything and if one tries it could be worse so anyway i have a little cortisol flush residual and a slight head congestion but nothing bad happened it's crazy windy and a full moon but still and all a lovely day all considering.
