speaking of falling, last night our neighbor fell, and this morning a birder fell, and another neighbor, a birder too, fell on a root on the sidewalk, so i wanted to say be careful, mind your balance, if you are distracted in mind, keep opening your eyes and looking all around you, and if you fall, if you can, fall gently.
