it's kind of interesting that i'm pondering about shame while reading one-eyed cat, a story about shame. i had shame early, i don't think from birth, but maybe shortly after, yet it could perhaps come from before, like karma left over from a past life that still needs work. i can go to my earliest memories and still it feels prior. it doesn't help to blame. still, i have to work out this thing called shame.
