i guess to some extent in a so-called civilized society you have to conform. the question is, are you going to conform to the haters, or the lovers. it's simple, when you get down to it.

 it really is that simple.

naturally ,simple isn't always easy.

but as we found out, and as we know, it isn't easy to be hard either. in fact, it's hard.

that's what i thought today as we lay in the clover and the dandelions and the periwinkles or violets.
