i'm dim, the ayers book was old, and concerned mainly with his fame and obomba's, though he does use the word fuck a lot and he does protest the School of the A.mericas. but he clearly likes the good life and fame. the gangster warlord book has a lot more grist for this dim mill. it reminded me of  Josh Oppenheimer's The Act of Killing. Often they genuinely want to share their life stories and are looking for ways out or repentance. which reminds me of the scene in The Act of Killing where one of the murderers vomits profusely visiting the site where he slaughtered people. tonight i'll watch his new film, The look of Silence.
