today we give thanks for the quiet.

it's not an enhancement of the park by a man of the people. it's a monumental expression of disdain for the common good by a faithful servant of the genocidal neocolonial empire.

i don't rightly know what mom's thinking. she was precarious at home. her hub was packing the vehicle and leaving with no possible destination but the end. she called the hospital. they wound up in a nice place. now she wonders when she can go home, and she can't go home really, she can't live there anymore. i think she's thinking they're in the place for a readjustment, but she can't understand it's an adjustment to the place she has to make.

they can't fund a jazz fest but they can make a quantum destination.

meanwhile, the night before thanksgiving, mom asks when they can go home. have we wasted our time here? nah, we are everywhere. let us give thanks for what we have, even if it's stolen, let's give it back.

people are trying to migrate somewhere decent in virtuality but there's nowhere to go. they say we live in a multiverse but we're stuck here, yet we're also not, like uncle walt said, we contain multitudes. that was long before the internet mind you. just look into the cat's eyes.

i said to alex thanks for the posts and she said we have more and i said good the more the better. we need the kids to remind us to be kind, if we are still able to receive such messages. our rulers are cruel not kind. not our kind. the message of the day, thanksgiving cum indigenous peoples day, is be kind. beginning now. forget about the criminal body politic. be kind.
