the thing is we don't know what's real. deep down we know what's existential though. that's the trouble. we're in deep trouble, we're on fire with the trouble-making, and we keep pumping gas on the fire. and we're watching it burn with fascination, like it's a movie about somebody someplace else.

i saw a dust cloud rise from the ground. maybe they were digging a rut.

i saw the traffic backed up from the circle to the drive and all down

stony and cornell. it just gets worse as epstein says. he shall be reviled

for this land grab for 99 years renewable.

wow, the traffic in obamaland was brutal today. he is going to piss one hell of a lot of people off.

finn's ma said the international house is for sale along with the dog yard. it'll probably be a tower a little smaller than obama's. there will be development, and it won't be for the poor. maybe they'll benefit she said. i don't think so. they won't be here to benefit. well, what can you do for them she said.

finn wore lulu out, she was walking like an oldie. he's got cojones so he tried to get his mojo on but she fought him off.

there was a load of kids on the quads and tables galore with swag and food and i acted like the eternal g-rad student and got in line for brownies and lemon ice. it freaked me to some degree to pass through so much humanity.

it can't be helped. we return through different questions to the same central issue: how do we live fully? how do we live in such a way that the wonder of feeling outfuels the pain of breaking?

 this will brighten your day.

i dreamed funky, a lot of food, something with blueberries and spanakopita. i wonder if the falafel had msg.

dog, i gotta get going, pay the forkin rent on that studio that smells sewery.

lotta charlie today.

this old fart scowled at me like i'm some kind of prevert trine a take his pic stealthy-like from the water and i'm like right old fart ha ha duh— it's the cormorant. and he still kept on scowling but maybe out of habit it's just how he looks. he might have been soul happy and tickled by the cormorant and me.
