I've gotten three layers of the story of Magic and Gus. There will be drama in the dog realm. It's a microcosm of the human realm, which is precarious as hell. I'm satisfied now with the story, and the salient element is there is no dog report, and no bite. If there had been a bite, there would be a report. So let's say all's well that ends well in the dog realm, and, inshallah, the human realm.
