i found in praise of forgetting in the little library on blackstone. every time i see the trains of black chemical tanks go by i think of what's inside and what if it crashes and spills. i read this morning the airborne toxic event of a chemical tank train crash in ohio was near where the film of white noise, about a similar airborne toxic event, was filmed. our so called civilization is a crash course in consumer capitalist annihilation.
