we stopped to say hi to bear and his humans. i commented on bear's new haircut and got a kiss, and we said the water was sublime and they said bear went there but not quite all the way yet. meanwhile she set her brioche down in between them and mister took that as an offering and inhaled it and then shifted to the remaining brioche trying to woo him with soulful looks. i had to manually steer him around and push his butt toward home. fortunately she said she didn't like it anyway. i said mister sure did, even if it was too quick to savor.
