i might talk to a grasshopper thus. dude, i never felt a whole lot of sympathy with humans. as a young animal i looked to other species in wonder and for curious company. i can't be sure the others looked at me likewise, but humans looked alien. i don't think i can buy the missing sympathy in a 50 minute hour.
