maybe the plans for wooded isle and jackson park are actually good. apparently the plan pat spoke of is moot, and the new plan is 8.1 millions in habitat restoration, new ponds and lagoons and flora. maybe when alll the invasive species are done for and the dust settles we will have a lovely park, but it will be a long disruptive time i fear. maybe the rest of copp's life.
